When a sale is closed, it is time to turn that prospect into an Order.
To achieve this:
- Go to Orders and look for the Order you want to update. Click on it.
- SkyPlanner will take you to the Order settings panel. Click on the Three dots icon on the right and select edit.
- Look for the Is the Order item a prospect? field and uncheck the box.
- Finally, click Save.
- Now, click Schedule to production and then View in timeline.
You will notice now that your prospect is an Order on the GANTT Timeline.
