Pricing FAQ
What is a workstation?
A workstation is a production resource that SkyPlanner schedules. It has its own capacity and work queue. Examples include a machine, work point, assembly cell, production line, or production cell. A subcontracting resource, or a person or team, can also be a workstation if it is scheduled as its own capacity resource.
Is pricing based on users?
No. Pricing is based on scheduled workstations, not user seats. Pricing is not calculated from user count.
How do I calculate my workstation count?
Count the production resources you want SkyPlanner to schedule — each machine, work point, line, or cell with its own capacity and queue. Use the calculator above to estimate your monthly price. If you are unsure, we can help you identify the right production resources.
What is included in the subscription?
The subscription includes SkyPlanner’s core production planning capabilities and REST API access for integrations. Workstation count changes the amount of production capacity you schedule, not the features you get. Assisted onboarding, ERP/MES integration projects, custom connectors, custom reports or workflows, localization, and custom service-level agreement (SLA) work are priced separately when needed.
What happens if I need more than 5 workstations?
The base price includes 5 workstations. Each additional workstation is 20 € / month. For example, 10 workstations = 199 € + 5 × 20 € = 299 € / month.
What if I need more than 100 workstations?
The calculator covers up to 100 workstations. Need more than 100 workstations? Contact us to confirm the right setup for your production.
Can I change my workstation count later?
Yes. You can adjust your scheduled workstation count as your production changes. Your subscription price updates based on the number of active scheduled workstations.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. The 30-day trial is free and requires no credit card. You can evaluate SkyPlanner with sample data or your own production data.
Does the free trial have a workstation limit?
Yes. The 30-day trial currently supports up to 20 workstations and requires no credit card. If you need to evaluate a larger setup, contact us and we will help confirm the right path.
Is REST API access included?
Yes. REST API access for integrations is included in the subscription. Hands-on ERP/MES integration projects, custom connectors, and implementation work are optional services and priced separately.
Is onboarding included?
You can get started on your own with sample data and learning resources. Assisted onboarding is available as an optional service for teams that want hands-on setup help.
Are prices billed in EUR, and can I view another currency?
Yes. You pay in EUR (€). The calculator can show estimated prices in other currencies, but EUR remains the billing currency.
Is VAT included?
Prices are billed in EUR. Taxes/VAT may apply depending on your location and VAT status. Please confirm with our team for your region.
Which payment methods do you support?
SkyPlanner subscriptions can be paid by card or invoice through secure Stripe billing. Some local payment methods may also be available, depending on your country and billing setup. If your finance team needs a specific payment setup, contact us and we will help confirm it.
Is SkyPlanner suitable for enterprise and multi-site manufacturers?
Yes. SkyPlanner is built for both smaller production teams and larger manufacturing organizations. For multi-site rollouts, ERP/MES integrations, security reviews, custom reporting, dedicated support, custom service-level agreements (SLAs), or larger workstation setups, contact us and we will help confirm the right implementation.
When should I contact sales?
Contact sales if you need ERP integration, custom features or reports, localization, dedicated support, a custom service-level agreement (SLA), or a security review.
