How many workstations are there in your production?

A workstation is a single production resource with its own scheduled work queue and typically handles one task at a time.

The clearest example of a workstation is a production machine, which has its own unique work queue. A workstation can also be, for instance, a welding point, where different individuals weld in the morning and evening.

In SkyPlanner, a daily capacity is also set for each workstation, often based on the work shifts assigned to the individuals at the workstation.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?

If you are on a monthly billing plan, you can decrease or increase the number of workstations at any time. You can also cancel your subscription at any time.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No, we don’t require your credit card details when you register. When the free trial period ends and you decide to continue using SkyPlanner, you will be asked to choose a paid plan and enter your billing information.

Can I try SkyPlanner before purchasing?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial period during which you can test all of SkyPlanner’s features. We do not require your credit card details when you start the trial period of SkyPlanner.

Is it possible to get additional custom features for SkyPlanner?

Yes, additional features are available for an extra charge. Please get in touch with our sales team for more information.

What limitations are there in the Trial version?

During the 2-week Trial version, you can add up to a maximum of 20 workstations. This allows you to try out SkyPlanner’s basic features before making a purchase decision.

Can SkyPlanner be translated into my language?

SkyPlanner can be translated into all languages. It is designed to be easily translatable. Contact us, and let’s discuss this further.

What does the Enterprise package include?

The Enterprise package is similar to the Basic package, but it’s equipped with additional services and customizations according to the customer’s preferences. We have aimed to build the Basic package in such a way that its features generally suffice for a company’s needs. However, we understand that every company is unique; therefore, you might wish for some unique additional features in SkyPlanner.

SkyPlanner has been designed to be modular and thus adaptable to user-specific needs. Customization is a service available for an additional fee, but it’s good to know that SkyPlanner can be modified to operate exactly the way you desire.
