An Order item report in SkyPlanner is a list that shows all the individual items that are part of a larger job or work Order. Each row in the report gives you important details about one specific Product that needs to be made or delivered.
An Order item report is beneficial when you have to make several smaller parts (subitems) to build one bigger item (the main Product). This report makes it way easier to manage and make sure nothing gets missed.
Here’s what you’ll see in the report in this Order:
- Work Order: The bigger job this item belongs to.
- Control Number: A number used to track the item internally.
- Product: The name of the item being worked on.
- Quantity: How many units of that item are needed.
- Customer: Who ordered the item.
- Duration: How long the task is expected to take.
- Logged: How much time was actually spent.
- Difference: The gap between expected time and actual time.
- Scheduled: This tells you if the item is planned on the GANTT Timeline. If there’s an X, it’s not scheduled. If there’s an arrow or check, it is.
- Delivery: When the item should be delivered to the Customer.
Why it’s useful: #
This report helps people know if things are on Schedule, which items are done, and where delays might be happening. It keeps everything organized and makes it easier to manage the work.
