SkyPlanner’s Job Report is a Tool that shows you everything that happened during each step of a job or task in production. It breaks down the full job into smaller actions so you can track what was done, when it was done, who did it, and how long it took.
Here’s what each part of the report means:
- Work Order: A unique identifier for the job or project executed. It connects the task to a larger workflow or production Order.
- Control Number: An internal tracking number used for audit purposes and internal traceability.
- Step #: Indicates the number or sequence of the step within the overall process. It helps identify where in the workflow the job currently is or was.
- Step: The specific task or operation being performed (e.g., cutting, assembly, quality check).
- Product: The item or component being worked on during that step.
- Quantity: The number of planned units handled or processed in that particular job step.
- Customer: The client or company the work is being completed for. Useful for tracking external commitments.
- Duration: The total time spent on the job step. This may reflect real-time or estimated time, depending on how it’s tracked.
- Logged: The actual time the operator or system recorded when the task was performed.
- Difference: The time variance between the estimated/scheduled duration and the actual logged time. It is helpful for performance analysis.
- Status: Current state of the job step (e.g., in progress, completed, delayed).
- Scheduled: The planned date and time when the task was supposed to start or be completed.
- Archived: Indicates whether the job has been archived (no longer active, for historical reference).
- Delivery: The expected or actual delivery date of the final Product to the Customer.
You can also filter reports by the person in charge, allowing supervisors to review individual performance, workload distribution, or task ownership.
Why it’s useful:
A Job Report helps you check how the work is going, if anything is behind, and if people are staying on track. It gives a clear view of the whole process and helps you make better decisions based on actual data.
This report helps ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency across your workflow. It allows for performance tracking, deadline management, and improved decision-making based on detailed operational data.
