By default, the priority of all customers in SkyPlanner is set to 0.7. You can easily change this by following these steps:
- Go to the GANTT Timeline and click the gear icon to access Global Rules.
- Once there, find the field called Customer’s Default Delivery Priority.
- Edit the value of this field, for example, change it to 0.5.
- Finally, click Save.
Now, SkyPlanner will set the default priority for every old and new Customer to 0.5.
