An All Timelogs Report is a detailed list of everything recorded using SkyPlanner’s Timer. It tracks the work being done on the shop floor—step by step, person by person, with exact times and results.
It’s great for checking how each task went, how long it took, who did it, and if there were any issues. You can even approve or edit info directly in the report.
Here’s what each column means:
- Job Status: Shows the current state of the job (like in progress, completed, or paused).
- Timelog Status: Tells you if the log is active, finished, or needs review.
- Work Number: The ID or code for the job being done.
- Control Number: Internal number used to track the job for quality or records.
- Step #: The stage in the process (like Step 1, Step 2, etc.).
- Workstation: The specific station or area where the task is being done.
- Workstage: The actual task being performed (like welding, assembly, or painting).
- Product Code: The code that identifies the Product being worked on.
- Person: Who is doing the work.
- Begin: When the task started.
- End: When the task ended.
- Completed (pcs): How many finished pieces came from this task.
- Faulty (pcs): How many pieces had defects or errors.
- Logged Time: The amount of time the person actually spent on the task.
- Note: Any comment or extra info added by the operator.
