Updating the information and status of your purchase Order item is crucial for optimized planning and providing realistic delivery times to customers.
To do this:
- Go to Orders and select Purchase Order items.
- In the Purchase Order items panel, you will find all the purchase orders you have placed. Select the purchase you want to update by clicking on it.
- New options will appear on the right. You can update the delivery date or change the delivery status to Delivered, Canceled, etc.
- Once you have made the desired changes, click Save.
Your information for this purchase Order item will now be updated.
Note: Remember to go to Production Scheduling and click the King Button to update the production plan with this new information.
