To notify that a Tool is broken:
- Go to Resources and select Tools.
- In the Tool management panel, click on the Tool you want to update.
- Select Broken in the Select Box and click Save.
Now, your Tool is updated as broken. You can go back to the Tool manager panel and see that the icon for its status has changed.
