The Bulldozer is an excellent Tool when you want to maintain the Order and strategic planning of your production line in changing conditions.
This feature lets you push all jobs that are in production to the current date and time. This ensures you never have uncompleted tasks scheduled in the past but only in the future, as it should be.
To use the Bulldozer:
- Go to the GANTT Timeline and look for a job that has fallen behind from the current time and hasn’t started in the past.
- Pass the mouse to the Workstation of that job; a small Bulldozer Icon will appear.
- Click on the Bulldozer Icon and see how your job is pushed forward.
Remember, all unstarted jobs that have fallen behind the current date and time will be pushed to the future if there is Capacity to do so.
If a job is started or running, it will not be pushed.
