If you have preventive maintenance planned and you want to Schedule it into SkyPlanner, follow these steps:
- Go to Resources and select Workstations.
- A new panel will open. Select one Workstation. Click on the blue pencil icon on the right side.
- Now, you are in the management panel for this Workstation. Scroll down and click on “Add Workstation Exception“.
- New options will appear. Add a brief description explaining the reason for maintenance.
- Select a time range when the Workstation will be unavailable.
- In addition, check the box “Set for all.”
- Click Save to confirm the maintenance period.
Go to the GANTT Timeline, where the workstations’ capacities for that day will now appear in salmon color, indicating there is maintenance.
Done! The Workstation is now scheduled for maintenance.
Important: Click the King Button to update your scheduling plan.
