Is Skyplanner suitable for my business?

Yes. SkyPlanner APS is configurable to various productions and methods. Our software is also integrable to every Enterprise resource planning software. Factories or production methods are never a carbon copy of each other. That is why customizable settings have always been an integral part of SkyPlanner APS. SkyPlanner enables a vast amount of various ways to plan your production.

How much does Skyplanner cost?

SkyPlanner is a subscription based service and pricing is scalable to all-sized businesses. Pricing is just as fair to small businesses as it is to bigger ones. The implementation of SkyPlanner starts with a definition project that is billed on an hourly rate basis. SkyPlanner can also be expanded with plugins that are priced separately. We are using Excel in our planning, isn’t that enough?

A factory can be profitable even when its production has been planned manually with the human brain. This is largely due to the manufacturing market where most of the competition are also planning their production suboptimally. However, your production plant operates more efficiently and your business is more profitable if its production is optimized wisely. The biggest problems with Excel are manual production planning and keeping information up-to-date. This is why we recommend using SkyPlanner APS so that you can focus on more useful tasks.

Our production process is different to anyone else. Is Skyplanner customizable?

Yes. SkyPlanner APS is configurable to all type of production and methods. Every factory operates in its own way and that is why we have designed our software to be customizable specifically to your production. One of SkyPlanner’s key features is its adaptability to varying production methods. On the other hand your production methods may not differ so much from other operators in the field, there is always a limited amount of logical ways to organize a production flow. If there are a considerable amount of essential variables to your production it only means that the mathematical calculations are more difficult and hence making it even more important to allow a computer to calculate the most optimal production plan. You will be guiding the AI with priorities and limitations and the AI’s task is to simulate production under your guidance.

Can Skyplanner factor in material resources?

Yes. SkyPlanner’s built-in AI simulates material scenarios to all future points in time. By simulating material scenarios the AI schedules tasks to be available to start when all materials are available, too. Material data will be synced from your ERP system using an integration and all updated information will be synced back to the ERP.

How many times can I optimize my production plan?

Our AI calculates an optimal production plan in seconds. This means that in practice you can optimize a production plan as many times as you need.

Does Skyplanner factor in work station and personnel efficiencies?

Yes. There are differences in the efficiency between different machinery and different production staff. SkyPlanner’s AI takes efficiency factors into account in fine loading keeping production plans even more optimal.
