# How to update a Prospect into an Order

When a sale is closed, it is time to turn that prospect into an order.

To achieve this:

- Go to **Orders** and look for the order you want to update. Click on it.
- SkyPlanner will take you to the Order settings panel. Click on the **Three dots icon**on the right and select edit.

- Look for the**Is the order item a prospect?**field and uncheck the box.

- Finally, click **Save**. 
- Now, click**Schedule to production**and then **View in timeline**. 

You will notice now that your prospect is an Order on the GANTT Timeline.
