# How to inform that a Tool is broken?

To notify that a tool is broken:

- Go to** Resources** and select **Tools**.
- In the **tool management panel**, click on the tool you want to update.
- Select *Broken* in the Select Box and click **Save**.

Now, your tool is updated as broken. You can go back to the tool manager panel and see that the icon for its status has changed.
