# How to adjust the time on the timer

Accidents can happen, and an employee can forget to start the Timer, even if he has started or completed the job. In SkyPlanner, it is very easy to fix this:

- Go to Timer and look for the job at which time you want to edit.
- Start the job by pressing the **Play icon**.
- Click on the**Pencil icon** on the right.
- A new window will appear, asking you to add the new time. You can also write a comment.
- Finally, click **Update**.

Now, this information will appear in the timelogs.
