# How to edit a job in the GANTT Timeline

Last-minute changes are common in production scheduling. One job needs to be in a specific workstation or add a new one; you need to divide this job across multiple workstations, or you decide to adjust the setting time or minimum degree of manufacturing.

To achieve this:

- Go to **Production Scheduling**.
- Once in the GANTT Timeline, right-click on the job you want to edit.
- A menu will appear. Click on **Edit Job**.
- A new tab will open and the options to edit the Process Step. Make the changes you desire, and then click **Save**.

Do not forget to click on **Schedule to production**and**View on the timeline**on the top right.

You will be taken to the GANTT Timeline.

- Finally, click on the**King button**to apply your changes.
