# How to Disallow multi logging

To avoid a user starting multiple jobs at the same time instead of the first one that needs to be completed:

- Go to **Timer**.
- On the top, click on your user.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Select **Settings**.
- Now you will be taken to the settings panel. Click on the **Timer tab**.
- Look for the field **Disallow multi logging**.
- Finally, click save on the bottom left.

Now, a job cannot start unless the previous is completed.
