# How to Change the Default Customer Priority

By default, the priority of all customers in SkyPlanner is set to 0.7. You can easily change this by following these steps:

- Go to the GANTT timeline and click the **gear icon** to access **Global Rules**.
- Once there, find the field called **Customer's Default Delivery Priority**.
- Edit the value of this field, for example, change it to 0.5.
- Finally, click **Save**.

Now, SkyPlanner will set the default priority for every old and new customer to 0.5.
