# How to change the color of a Job Prospect

It is essential to tell the difference between prospects and approved jobs. In SkyPlanner, changing the color in the GANTT timeline is very easy. This helps you make better planning decisions.

To change the color of a prospect:

- Go to the **Production Scheduling**.
- Click on the gear icon to open **Global Rules**.
- Select **User Interface**.
- Find **Define color for prospects** and click on the color box.

- Choose the color you want for the prospects.
- Click **Save**.

Now, all your prospects will appear in the timeline with the color you selected.
