# How to assign Maintenance to a Workstation

If you need to schedule maintenance for a workstation, follow these steps:

- Go to **Resources** and select **Workstations**.
- A new panel will open.Find the workstation that requires maintenance.
- Click on the**blue** **pencil icon** on the right side.
- Now, you are in the management panel for this workstation. Scroll down and click on "**Add Workstation Exception**."
- New options will appear. Add a brief description explaining the reason for maintenance.
- Select a **time range** when the workstation will be unavailable.
- Click **Save** to confirm the maintenance period.

Done! The workstation is now scheduled for maintenance.

Go to the **GANTT Timeline**, where the workstation capacity will now appear in **salmon color**, indicating it is under maintenance.

**Note:** Click the **King Button** to update your scheduling plan.
