PMI bietet au\u00dferdem EDI, standardisierte XML-Dateien f\u00fcr technische Daten aus CAD und einen Berichtsgenerator mit Excel-Export. \u00dcber den Excel-Export erhalten Sie am schnellsten Daten f\u00fcr den Test.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Cegid Primavera.<\/strong> Die PRIMAVERA ERP V10 API \u201eallows third party applications to perform both data query and writing operations\u201c (erm\u00f6glicht Drittanwendungen sowohl lesende als auch schreibende Datenzugriffe) und deckt alle Module des Produkts ab (<a href=\"https:\/\/developers.ila.cegid.com\/en\/v10\/api-documentation\/\">Dokumentation der V10 API<\/a>). Die Web API ist nach Modulen gegliedert und \u00fcber Swagger dokumentiert und aufrufbar (<a href=\"https:\/\/developers.ila.cegid.com\/en\/v10\/resources\/web-api-en\/article\/swagger-na-web-api\/\">Swagger f\u00fcr die Web API<\/a>). Das Modul Produ\u00e7\u00e3o (GPR) umfasst technische Stammdaten, Nettobedarfe, die Freigabe von OF, Planeamento, Produktionsaufzeichnungen und Di\u00e1rios de Trabalho (<a href=\"https:\/\/v10api.primaverabss.com\/html\/api\/producao\/toc.html\">Referenz zu Produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>). Das Token wird \u00fcber den Token-Endpunkt erneuert (<a href=\"https:\/\/developers.ila.cegid.com\/en\/v10\/resources\/web-api-en\/article\/swagger-na-web-api\/\">Swagger f\u00fcr die Web API<\/a>). Der Integrationsbenutzer ben\u00f6tigt die Produ\u00e7\u00e3o-Lizenzen f\u00fcr die Bereiche, auf die er zugreift.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Auf SkyPlanner-Seite.<\/strong> Die Authentifizierung an der REST API erfolgt mit einem API-Token im Header Authorization-Token (SkyPlanner Settings &gt; API). Die API ist in Swagger\/OpenAPI dokumentiert. Die Abfragen erfassen neue Fertigungsaufgaben, indem sie nach offenen OF und aktuellen \u00c4nderungen filtern. Die Abfrageintervalle werden je Werk festgelegt und reichen von wenigen Minuten bei OF bis zu einer Stunde bei Best\u00e4nden.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>SkyPlanner sendet Webhooks, wenn sich der Status oder der Plan \u00e4ndert. Achten Sie auf die passende Zuordnung der Kapazit\u00e4tsstellen: Aus einer Kapazit\u00e4tsstelle mit vier Maschinen wird eine Arbeitsstationsgruppe mit vier Arbeitsstationen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>2. OF synchronisieren.<\/strong> Lesen Sie feste OF mit ihren Arbeitsg\u00e4ngen und Komponenten sowie offene Lieferantenbestellungen ein. SkyPlanner betrachtet bestelltes Material zum Liefertermin der Bestellung als verf\u00fcgbar und aktualisiert den Bestand, sobald die Bestellung als Delivered gekennzeichnet ist. Legen Sie bei der Anforderungsaufnahme fest, ob auch geplante OF (OF pr\u00e9visionnels) eingeplant werden oder nur feste OF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Planungsdaten zur\u00fcckschreiben.<\/strong> Sobald die Planungsengine einen Arbeitsgang einplant oder verschiebt, l\u00f6st ein SkyPlanner-Webhook das Schreiben in Cegid aus. In PMI werden die geplanten Start- und Endtermine \u00fcber die Web API in die OF-Arbeitsg\u00e4nge geschrieben. Dabei gelten die Gesch\u00e4ftsregeln von PMI. In Primavera ruft die Integration IGprBSPlaneamento.ActualizaPlaneamentoOperacao mit dem Arbeitsgang, dem Arbeitszentrum und den geplanten Start- und Endterminen auf. Dadurch werden DataIniPrevista und DataFimPrevista am Arbeitsgang des Fertigungsauftrags aktualisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>4. R\u00fcckmeldungen aus der Fertigung.<\/strong> Mitarbeiter erfassen ihre Arbeit mit SkyPlanner Mobile Confirmations oder dem Production Timer. Die Zeitprotokolle halten den Plan aktuell. Sie entscheiden, ob die Zeiten an Cegid zur\u00fcckgebucht werden. Falls ja, erfolgt dies in PMI als pointages oder in Primavera \u00fcber IniciaPicagem und TerminaPicagem in Di\u00e1rios de Trabalho. Falls nein, werden die Zeiten wie bisher per Barcode in Cegid erfasst.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
