Den tredje industrielle revolution bestod af brugen af computere og atomkraft. Denne \u00e6ra bragte brugen af elektronik, robotteknologi og bedre automatisering af produktionen med sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu bruges begreber som kunstig intelligens, cloud-lagring og digitale simulatorer oftere i fremstillingsindustrien. Disse nye v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer forandrer fremstillingsindustrien og f\u00f8rer til det, som nogle kalder &#8220;den fjerde industrielle revolution&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men hvad betyder det egentlig? Hvordan virker det? Hvad er fordelene ved det? De registrerer \u00e6ndringer i milj\u00f8et og reagerer p\u00e5 dem. De mest almindelige sensorer er:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temperatursensorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fugtighedssensorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tryksensorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e6rhedssensorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrar\u00f8de sensorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gyroskopiske sensorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niveauf\u00f8lere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gassensorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optiske sensorer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De oplysninger, der indsamles af IoT-sensorer, g\u00f8r det muligt for alle slags industrier at analysere data og hj\u00e6lpe med at forebygge scenarier uden menneskelig indgriben. En temperatursensor kan f.eks. angive, hvorn\u00e5r en maskine skal vedligeholdes, en n\u00e6rhedssensor kan fort\u00e6lle, hvorn\u00e5r husdyr bev\u00e6ger sig v\u00e6k, eller en fugtighedssensor kan fort\u00e6lle landbrugssektoren, hvad der skal g\u00f8res i tilf\u00e6lde af regn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anvendelse af kunstig intelligens (AI)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j g\u00f8r det muligt for produktionsvirksomheder at bruge og udnytte de data, der opn\u00e5s via IoT, med henblik p\u00e5 at g\u00f8re virksomheden mere effektiv. Med maskinl\u00e6ring genereret af AI er det muligt at visualisere omr\u00e5der med v\u00e6kstmuligheder mere effektivt, udf\u00f8re forudsigende vedligeholdelse og undg\u00e5 flaskehalse, str\u00f8mline processer i forskellige arbejdsafdelinger ved hj\u00e6lp af algoritmer, der genereres af de indsamlede oplysninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-digital-twin\"><strong>Digital Twin<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er en n\u00f8jagtig digital genskabelse af et objekt, en proces eller en tjeneste, der bruges til at udf\u00f8re simuleringer og til at analysere, overv\u00e5ge og forudsige, hvordan de vil fungere med \u00e6ndringer, f\u00f8r de anvendes i den fysiske verden, og dermed forebygge fejl. En digital tvilling udvikles af et computerprogram ved hj\u00e6lp af data fra den virkelige verden og operationelle data, der indsamles af IoT og AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NASA udvikler f.eks. digitale tvillinger for at simulere operationer i rummet og finde ud af, om de vil fungere uden at spilde de ressourcer, der ville v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendige for at g\u00f8re det fysisk. I fremstillingsindustrien kan du teste proces\u00e6ndringer og deres effektivitet, forebygge problemer eller se, om et produkt vil fungere, f.eks. ved fremstilling af en bil. Ved at udf\u00f8re en digital tvilling kan du spare tid og penge og f\u00e5 mulighed for at tr\u00e6ffe mere pr\u00e6cise beslutninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cloud-computing\"><strong>Cloud Computing<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Industri 4-0 anvender denne platform, der g\u00f8r det muligt at anvende forskellige tjenester via internettet, f.eks. v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, applikationer, servere, software og lagring af oplysninger, der er indhentet via IoT, AI eller manuelt. Du kan nemt f\u00e5 adgang til dem hvor som helst og n\u00e5r som helst i stedet for at bruge en fysisk harddisk eller en computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cloud computing reducerer de fysiske lageromkostninger og \u00f8ger produktiviteten og sikkerheden. Skyen kan enten v\u00e6re offentlig med betaling fra en onlineudbyder (Google Drive eller Dropbox som eksempler) eller privat, hvor tjenesten kun er tilg\u00e6ngelig for et begr\u00e6nset antal personer. Der findes ogs\u00e5 et hybridklik, der kombinerer elementer fra begge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-edge-computing\"><strong>Edge Computing<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00f8r det muligt at bruge de data, der genereres af IoT, p\u00e5 en langt mere effektiv m\u00e5de ved at bringe dem t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 det punkt, der producerer oplysningerne. Med andre ord skaber Edge Computing en komprimeret kopi af disse data i stedet for at bruge cloud-adgang til at f\u00e5 oplysningerne. Det bringer det t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 at blive gennemg\u00e5et af fagfolk p\u00e5 det omr\u00e5de, hvor det blev genereret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cybersecurity\"><strong>Cybersikkerhed<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag er cybersikkerhed afg\u00f8rende for enhver industri, der \u00f8nsker at tilpasse sig og bruge Industri 4.0.
